What? This game is literally from the original page before it got taken down. There's no way this happens and nobody commented about it when it was up. You are just making up things or you downloaded the wrong game. Also what is pirated when FNaF Lego was Free?
I don't have the FNaF 1 in steam so i can't really test it, but i'm pretty sure if there is any virus there it's just false positives, since the game was made in clickteam. Also i downloaded this from the original page in gamejolt before it got taken down so no chances either.
LEGO hasn't taken this down until today. It is weird, since it is the first result you get when you search a reupload of the game. It got taken down originally because of the trademark, the image and thumbnail has the trademark but still also hasn't been taken down, in 2022 my english was pretty bad and in most of the times i had to use google translate. I think i'm lucky lol, it is going to make 3 years since i reuploaded this and it hasn't been taken down.
FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO PLAY THIS GAME WITHOUT USING STEAM, DOWNLOAD SMARTSTEAMEMU, IT WILL MAKE YOU ABLE TO PLAY ANY GAME THAT NEEDS STEAM TO LAUNCH IT!!
If that wasn't a thing, then they'd end up with even more legal issues than before.
This is actually an established thing w/ FNaF fangames, as a while back there was a fan remake of FNaF 3 that Scott Cawthon asked to be taken down due to it basically being a free version of the original game, to the point where it could technically be considered piracy.
TL;DR, further fan remakes like this are always gonna have to have checks in place to ensure that you own the original game.
can you post the older versions? This one doesnt allow me to save the progress when i quit and has an anti skipping nights thing built into it, so unless there is a fix i would need the older versions

Just a quick question. Have you tested this file in order to ensure it's safe? Just asking to make sure you aren't trying to sic a virus upon us.
